DDCSV2.1 file format
Hi Everyone. Does anyone use a DDCVS 2.1 controller? What file format are you using? I have been using Inkscape and then using an online post processor J-cut for the past year with no issues on my machine, J-cut can't do 3D so hence why I want to use Carveco Maker. J-cut outputs in .gcode, I have tried a couple of g-code formats but the z axis seems to do what it wants, cutting way deep and not raising to clear material, x and y seem to run ok. I'd like to keep using Carveco Maker, but if I can't run without issues I will have to look elsewhere. Easel the same way with the Z axis, it outputs in .NC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Randy Hastings,
Please confirm whether you've tried selecting either the G-Code (inch) (*.tap) or G-Code Arcs (inch) (*.tap) post processor option from the Save Toolpaths dialog's Machine file format list when saving your calculated toolpaths from Carveco Maker, and then loading the resulting .tap file to your controller.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
Thanks for the reply back. Sorry, I forgot to mention that I run in mm. I have tried using GRBL (mm) (*.gcode) and G-Code (mm) (*.tap). I haven't tried G-Code Arcs (mm) (*.tap) yet. I will give it a try and see what happens.
Thanks.
