Brass engraving
All I want to do is be able to engrave a name on a brass plate for an award. Just a simple one pass engraving without all the complicated multi passes. One pass with a v bit and call it good. Help would be greatly appreciated for this newbe, thanks

What is the problem? You didn't give very much info on what the problem is for someone to help you. I'd say just go head and do it.
