FOBS IN STERLING SILVER

These fobs were all designed on Carveco the fobs are the same design front to back, extremely detailed and only 18 mm high.  Cast in 925 sterling silver for export to Japan, attachments included a chain and jump ring.

The graphics were taken from a photo, created in CorelDraw and iIlustrator, exported as a DXF file, then created in Carveco with inverted front.  The key was to get the engraving to look like hand carving, this took some time but using Carveco enabled us to generate the contrasting depth.  The item was exported as an STL , 3d printed using as SLA printer at 25 microns and then cast in 925 silver.  We offer casting in brass, sterling silver and gold.
