Biesse Rover B

I have recently install Maker and will soon be upgrading to Carveco.  I have a Biesse Rover B and the Biesse Rover A BH660 Absolute mm post works but is slightly off.  In the X position I need to start the model about 80 mm from the 0,0 position in the program in order for it to machine at 0,0 on the machine, the y position is right on.

I also have several questions about the post.

Is it possible to call out the hood position at the program or in the post.  We have a 5 axis and on bSolid when toolpathing I need to specify a hood position?

On the CNC there is a 20 position drill bank.  If I call up a drilling operation will the Biesse post work with the drill bank if the proper tool name is called up?

Do I have a way of using other zones on the CNC.  For example if I am machining in the 5 zone, bottom left can I call that up in the program.  I will use the 5 zone for small parts as opposed to the 1 zone, upper left,  that the post currently is calling out?

Thanks and thrilled to have Carveco as part of our tools now.
