Slider should slide
Unlike other 3d programs, Carveco seems to have a problem with sliders and undo's that make its core functionality unusable. When a designer is faced with a slider that responds in real-time (a feature Delcam worked hard to implement), his first instinct is to slide it and see what happens. It is possible, but Carveco treats every value that has being calculated during the sliding as a separate step in the undo process, and it builds up to the point of practically not being able to return back to previous edits. Therefore, artists don't slide the sliding bar, and therefore, what's the point of it being real-time if artists afraid of using it a real-time manner?

Regarding the undo process, please see Preview Feature: History. Please confirm your order number, as we cannot identify your name or email address in our customer database. Thanks in advance for your time and cooperation.
Oh, well, I used to model intensively with ArtCAM for over a year and I speak from a personal experience with the software and others I used. I don't currently own a Carveco license, but then again, you didn't really fix the problem, and if it bothered me, it probably bothered more users, and it does as I read in other posts here. Just invoking ideas and discussion here.
A fix for your reported issue with using sliders is included in the Carveco 1.10 Update; you can find the release notes for each of the Carveco software updates on our company website.
Many thanks for confirming that you aren't currently working in Carveco software. Please note that ArtCAM software is no longer developed, sold or supported.
My bad... I'll keep an eye on the release notes.
If you're intending to purchase Carveco software, you're welcome to contact our Sales team directly by email at sales@carveco.com and an agent will be happy to assist you.
