Can someone please explain to me the concept of surface links?
I know that it somehow removes unnecessary safe Z retraction when 3d machining, but I never understood the official explanation. Can someone please explain to me in plain English what this option does, and why when I enter higher values it magically eliminates dozen of retractions?

Please submit a support request, providing the following when doing so:
(1) Confirmation of your unique Carveco software order number;
(2) A copy of your Carveco Model file (*.art);
(3) Steps to reproduce your reported issue; and
(4) Confirmation of what version and build of Carveco you’re working in by selecting the Help > About Carveco menu option in your Carveco software.
