icons vs icons & description
2 of our PC's have the menu's with icons only - top picture (which we prefer) and one has icons & description - bottom picture. How can I toggle between the two - I cannot find anywhere to do this?

Just click the little '?' mark icon...it toggles help on and off. When it's on, each tool in the Assistant has description text below it.

You might also want to drag the Project panel from the left side over to the right side of the screen. It eats up a little more screen real estate, but it doesn't eclipse or shorten what's visible on the Assistant panel.
Since most, but not all of the tools on the top ribbon bar are in the Assistant, I close all of the ones up top to get more screen space. Just right click in the ribbon bar area and toggle them off. (red star area - see pic)

Thanks for that, switched off a fair bit now. We prefer the project on the left and the toolpaths menu on the right - so similar setup as yours.
We have migrated from Artcam 2013 so it's a bit of a jump in layout/features.
