Layer Management Enhancements

I'd like to see some enhancements to how both vectors and relief layers are both managed and created. Here are a few things that I've gotten used to in other software that I find lacking in CarveCo:

1) In addition to Move Vectors to Layer {name} or New Layer, I would like to see on the right click context sensitive menu, Copy Vectors to New Layer. Each could branch out from the menu - EG: Copy Vectors To...A)List of existing layers B) New Layer. Same with Move. The Option to move vectors to New or Existing Sheet, should also be added for those panel processing jobs.

2) When using the relief Cookie Cutter & you have the Transform Assistant open, rather than just see Paste & Paste to New Layer, I would like to see the option to Copy to {named layer} and Copy to New Layer. This would be very helpful for creating reliefs that benefit from a little variation of each component, such as leaves in a wreath/fasces bundle - without things getting confusing to the point of negating work flow speed.

In either case - some consideration should be given to if the newly created layer becomes the active layer or not.
