subroutine wont load

I have a onefinity Journeyman elite masso.  I used elite inches in post processing.  When I try to load file on masso the masso wont load file and give a small red error message saying subroutine file not found.  Am I using  the wrong post processing nd why does it differ when all are .nc files?
