Error Code 33 invalid target
Hey guys, just wanted to do a first test with my SainSmart Genmitsu PROVerXL 4030 v2 in Carveco Maker. Decided to just type my name in simple font using a 30 degree v bit. The calculation gave no errors. The simulation looked perfect. I just wanted to go about .125 deep.
Getting Error Code 33 Invalid Motion Target.
Using the offline controller. Set my x,y, and did probe for the Z, loaded the file, hit resume, it went to the right spot to start and stopped 3/8 inch above the wood and just sat and spined, no joy. lol ,,,,it must be something I set wrong in the file.. maybe a safety limit somewhere or something...

Hi Todd Sanford,
Please confirm the exact name of the post processor option which you're currently selecting from the Save Toolpaths dialog's Machine file format list when saving your calculated toolpaths from Carveco Maker.
In addition, please save and upload your Carveco Model file (.art) using the free WeTransfer service using their Get transfer link option and then share the generated link when replying here. We can then check your toolpath settings.
Thanks for your time and cooperation.
thank you for the response. I tried to switch from a v bit to an endmill and did a circle and square with the ALONG option and it worked fine. So i think i just need to learn how to use the v bit.
You're most welcome, Todd Sanford! We're very pleased to hear that your reported machining issue has been resolved.
This error usually indicates a mismatch between the expected and actual machine positioning. Double-check your G-code for any unusual commands, ensure all axes are calibrated correctly on the offline controller, and review safety limits that might affect movement. Also, verify the toolpath simulation to confirm it matches your intended carving depth and path. These steps should help pinpoint where the issue lies and get your project back on track.
