Hello Hans-Jürgen Lehrer,
I opened the .art file you shared and I assume that you're facing issues with cleaning up the vectors. In case that's the issue, then try the following steps:
1: Choose the Bitmap HAWK from the Project panel and create a New Layer. Then go to the Bitmap to Vector icon, click on Reduce Colours, reduce to 3 colours and Apply.
2: Go to the bottom of the window and click on the 2 greys in order to link/merge them by clicking on the icon as shown on the screenshot.
3: Lastly, select Create boundary only (not Create centerline) and then click on the Create vectors button. This way you will be able to clean up your design much easily and keep only the vectors you need.
