Help Needed with my Logo in Carveco

I built a pretty robust CNC from scratch, It works great with testing I have done. I need help on the software end. Converting my logo , a .JPG @36.3 Kb and problem solving the errors to be exact. I've watched YouTube videos on how too's . I always end up with errors and failures in using the image/software that don't have any videos to help in that department. I am getting frustrated, I follow the videos step by step and it doesn't end well.  I live in Monmouth County NJ, USA if anyone lives in the area I would pay you per hour to come to my house and help me.
