UGS toolpath from Carveco Maker not loading correctly
I'm having trouble when I open a toolpath in UGS Visualizer. It loads way off to one side or the other. I have zeroed the CNC router. Not sure what setting I am missing. If somewhere inches or MM need to be the same.
I'm totally lost.
Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom Groebner,
We have previously attempted to assist you with a similar issue in Support Request #13072 dated April 7th 2023, but you did not respond.
Please confirm whether you still own a YoraHome Silverback Benchtop CNC Router 6060.
Please confirm whether you're working in imperial or metric units within Carveco Maker and confirm the exact name of the post processor option you're currently selecting from the Save Toolpaths dialog's Machine file format list when saving your calculated toolpaths from Carveco Maker.
If you're working in imperial units within Carveco Maker and are using Universal Gcode Sender as your controller, please ensure that you select the UGS GRBL (inch) (*.gcode) post processor option from the Save Toolpaths dialog's Machine file format list when saving your calculated toolpaths from Carveco Maker.
As previously suggested, if when loading your .gcode file into Universal Gcode Sender the toolpath is not drawn to the correct scale in the vizualizer, please check and confirm the output of $$ for your GRBL configuration within Universal Gcode Sender. Based on the information you've provided, your configuration is likely to include $13=0 (which is set for mm) instead of $13=1 (which is set for inches).
Please read the following discussion from the Universal Gcode Sender GitHub, as this likely explains the reason for your reported issue: G-code is in inches, but the CNC moves in mm
Thanks again for your time and consideration.
