Showing off to Stone and wood marketing guy

I have a guy coming who is in the marketing department of Stone and Wood. The brewery. I'm trying to show off. I have downloaded a logo and converted to jpg to import into maker. I want to also indent into the letters "Stone" and "Wood" so i can pour white resin in those and then green resin into the "&". Don't know how to do that in easel or Carveco Maker. Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance - File attached - its so I can make a coaster for him 100mmx 100mm about 10mm thick. So I figure if the most prominent is the "&" then the letters then the black shadow then the leaf motif thats the order it should be carved? And then how do I setup the tool path?
