It’s a mathematical calculation so something your inputting can’t be right. I checked on my CAD and it measures correctly. Post a picture of the cutter plus dimensions and I will put into mine.

Kenny, If you input diameter (D) and included angle the Flute length is automatically inserted.

Is there any way of putting the Carveco tool database back to the original condition as supplied without deleting the Carveco software and doing a full reinstall?
