Please help with shape editor
Hi everyone. I am a new user of this software and new to CNC. I am trying to wrap my head around the shape editor. so I've got this grouped vector (on the image)
I am trying to add volume to it and do a "circle" in a shape editor. However, instead of bulging the whole thing and keep these little circles as holes, it instead bulges just circles. Watched all the tutorial, looks like it has to automatically happen but it doesn't. Any advice on where to look for the answer or how to do it? Thanks a lot.

Also, even if I remove the holes entirely, it still does not add volume to this group of vectors. I need to add a round shape editor effect, so that the height of this shape will be max in the middle and lower on the edges.
You want a video? or can wordage do for you?
video wold be nice huu?
lets' start with words.
Have you grouped them together, the vectors?
If you have ungroup them.
Choose the outside shape first, use shape editor do your height, next choose your inside vectors then go to the menu bar to relief go to zero inside vectors and zero it out. Now there are other ways in using the shape editor you might want to checkout like you could limit the height of the bulge, kind of cool or you could use 2 rail sweep, it all depends on the shape you want, here are 2 pics with a bad looking bulge, photo 3 is using the 2 rail sweep

Omg this is amazing!!!! The first one is exactly what I need. Video would be super perfect, but I'll try to follow your guidelines anyways.

I think this will do it for you, you will notice (I didn't do the full screen) that I set heights, limited them when using the shape editor, you need to play with it to get it the way you want, I also set heights to .1, .4, and so on, I also showed me using the 2 rail sweep and zeroing out, hope this helps you out.
