You can find a unique link to manage your subscription within:
- the subscription purchase email sent from no-reply@carveco.com to your registered email address immediately after your subscription order has been processed.
- each upcoming charge notification email sent from no-reply@carveco.com to your registered email address three days prior to the next scheduled billing date in your subscription.
If you are unable to retrieve any of these emails, please submit a Support Request to ask for assistance.
The link to manage your subscription is shown as a button within the email body:
If when clicking this button a message is displayed stating that your email address is not recognized or a Recharge page is displayed prompting you to type your email address and click Send link, this indicates that you have not:
- created a store account at the time of making your purchase; or
- accepted an invitation to create your store account sent from store@carveco.com to your registered email address.
In this situation, please submit a Support Request to ask for assistance.
