To receive a full refund for a purchase of a:
- perpetual Carveco software product, you must return it within thirty (30) days of purchase.
- Carveco subscription product, you must return it within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Note
To qualify for a refund, you must have deactivated the Carveco software license on all computers on which it has been activated. If you're uncertain about the number of computers on which your license is currently activated, please submit a Support Request to ask for assistance.
This policy applies to all purchases of products bought from any of our online stores or directly from a Carveco sales agent. Email support@carveco.com to contact us and request a refund. When doing so, please provide your order information to help us identify your order and issue your refund.
When your refund has been approved and processed, typically within 5 to 7 business days, the credit is issued to the payment method made during your store transaction. Please contact the card-issuing bank or payment service provider for information about when the credit will post to your account. All access to related software terminates when your refund is processed.
